Behavioural Safety Leadership
This programme is designed to create a workplace without harm by building a workplace culture that supports safe behaviours and challenges unsafe acts.
The programme is also being actively supported by four major States of Jersey clients, namely Andium Homes, Jersey Development Company, Jersey Property Holdings and Jersey Ports, all of whom have sent senior leader to the training.
In total, 606 senior and junior leaders from over 115 companies working in the Jersey construction sector, together with 1979 employees, have now been trained or have signed up for Behavioural Safety Leadership.
An updated list of companies which have engaged in the programme, as at the 18 June 2024 is now available.
To publicly demonstrate their commitment to the programme, the clients and principal contractors have signed Safety Charters which can be downloaded here.
